On page 8 is the essence of what will affect us as landlords
For 2010 the current millage rate will increase by 16 mills
For 2011 the current millage rate will increase by 12 mills
This is supposed to be a temporary increase for two years.
The sales tax will increase by 1% temporarily for three years.
